CHARITY GETS BRAND MAKEOVER

Greenwich Housing Rights (GHR) is a charity that provides specialist professional advice to people experiencing housing problems such as possession claims, eviction, rent and mortgage arrears.
GHR is one of 4 charities Terry Arnold provided business development advice to under the Big Lottery Advice Sector Transition Fund.
Through the evaluation work he did for these 4 charities it was identified GHR needed rebranding, including a new website.
Terry Arnold commissioned Starsite Digital to design and build a site that had a contemporary look and feel, one that was easy to understand and navigate.
He provided content that helped raise awareness of the issues vulnerable people in the community face and links that signposted them to the local organisations that can help them.
In addition, the new site encourages take up of training services, increases awareness of the positive impact of legal advice services and introduces the use of digital tools for self diagnosis.
Through site optimisation and analytics GHR is now able to identify the needs of its clients and bespoke its products and services according to the changing needs of its clients and its local communities.
