Terry Arnold was appointed by Nexxus agency owners to lead this €120m European group on business development.
Analysis led to the development of a Eurocentric strategy and repositioning of 12 agencies.
He project managed the design and build of a global website, month 1: 800% increase in site traffic and made recommendations on the development of a multi-market, technology driven, commission based operating platform.
Transformation successfully positioned Nexxus for the next 3 to 5 years by providing to its 78 global clients a fully integrated marketing service across all 27 EU markets.
