Global Strategy for Leading Chinese Pharma Company

Austar Life Sciences is the 5th largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in the world.
Terry Arnold was contracted to develop a global brand strategy, budget £1.5m, for Austar; including business analysis, positioning and marketing technology recommendations.
A critical component was a global website with a built in e-commerce platform for automated purchasing of off the shelf products.
Terry Arnold also facilitated growth by highlighting risks and opportunities in 12 emerging markets and sourcing local digital partners to support Austar’s country managers in their global expansion.
