Reforms and austerity measures have increased the demand for money, housing, employment and welfare advice. Terry Arnold was tasked by the Big Lottery Advice Services Transition Fund to develop and implement a business plan for the transformation of the advice sector.
Terry developed FIRST ADVICE, a pilot employee benefits scheme designed to help employees on modest incomes access professional advice to resolve their issues.
He advised on delivery in the community supported by remote advisors, specialists in the sectors of money, housing, employment and welfare advice.
His innovative on line income generating solution delivered 50% savings in advice time and produced 30% increase in revenues.
