The Terry Arnold Consultancy was appointed by Nexxus agency owners to lead this €120m European group on business development. Through Global research, Nexus discovered it had to consolidate its positioning.

The Strategy

Global marketing analysis led to the development of a Eurocentric strategy and the repositioning of 12 agencies. Following the design, build and SEO of a new website, site traffic in the first increased 800%.
