Austar is a Chinese pharmaceutical company. Working in collaboration with Search Digital, I developed a global brand strategy for Austar. Marketing budget $1.5m.

The Strategy.
Based on the strategy ‘Austar, Bringing Life to Pharmaceuticals’, a global website with a built-in e-commerce platform for automated purchasing of off-the-shelf products was recommended.
Chapter iii
The Result.
Through highlighting risks and opportunities in 12 emerging markets and sourcing local digital partners to support Austar’s Country Managers, Austar was able to develop a global website and continue expanding.
