The Challenge.
I was appointed by Nexxus, a group of agency owners, to lead the €120m group on Strategy and Business Development.
Chapter ii
The Strategy.
Through research and insights, I created a unique positioning. Global marketing analysis led to the development of a Eurocentric strategy and the repositioning of 12 agencies. Following the design, build and SEO of a new website, site traffic in the first week increased 800%.
Chapter iii
The Result.
Transformation successfully positioned Nexxus for the next 3 to 5 years, providing its 78 global clients with a fully integrated marketing service across 27 EU markets.
